Customer Success Executive

Perhaps you are the special person we are looking for in this key remote role. You will have the opportunity to shape the role to best serve our clients, and to grow with it.

We are Hypha, a London based startup creating a new kind of Innovation Intelligence platform.

You will be our first Onboarding and Customer Success Executive and will be responsible for ensuring enterprise clients are smoothly on boarded onto the Hypha platform and that they continue to derive value from it post go-live.

Specific activities and jobs to be done include: Work with the client to understand the solution requirements Gather the content and material to seed into the platform from the client Work closely with the product and design teams to configure the platform for the client and help shape the product roadmap Work with the client, keeping them updated and ensure a successful rollout Constantly strive to improve and streamline the onboarding process Work with the R&D team to automate the onboarding process.

We believe someone who has client facing or consulting experience and project delivery skills in a business context will be a good fit for the role. We are open for candidates from a variety of backgrounds.
